About Chason’s Buffet
Chason's Buffet serves great down-home Southern-cooked food! From fried chicken to pigs' feet, fried shrimp to meatloaf, with a variety of homemade sides and veggies; if you leave hungry, it's your own fault.
Located at 1758 Owen Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28304, Chason’s Buffet operates as a pizza buffet serving Fayetteville in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Fayetteville, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across North Carolina on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Chason’s Buffet at (910) 860-4899; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Fayetteville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fayetteville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place says it's country style food but everything I tried tasted like it came out of a can .I couldn't get any ribs or ham because flys were all over them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone there a reason the food still on the plate. The fat back was not done could not eat it.

I’m a member of the Chason’s fan group from years ago at the original site in Lumber Bridge NC. We loved it then and moved with them each time their location moved. The newest location is really nice and huge. Nothing is lost in the transition. The quality of the food , services and options are still outstanding. The experience today reminds us of past visits years ago. The staff was very respectful and friendly. The buffet bar was kept very clean and well stocked. After a delicious lunch the dessert selections were visibly appetizing and I tried the pecan pie and the chocolate pie. Both were delicious. Please give their new location a try. You won’t be disappointed

The hostess and waitress were super nice! I appreciate her explaining the buffet wraps around to a fried foods/meat bar in an adjacent room. I like how the foods are grouped in a categorized fashion based upon veggies, salads bar, and desserts. The food is ok. I will say there's tons of variety. Yet, there's no soul in the southern food. The desserts are extremely sad. Super thin, dry desserts.

We ate there three times this week and one day was a to go day. This place is rather reasonable especially when you dine in plus the fried chicken is on point. I will always continue to visit this spot when I'm in the neighborhood.👍🏾👌🏾

First I don't give bad reviews just honest experiences. The service was very good , ample parking (old k&w restaurant ) I tried several dishes, liver w/gravy and onions, stuffing, peach cobbler, dirty rice, greens, pasta salad, yams, chicken gizzards &chicken livers. Maybe it was an off day, I didn't enjoy my food selections. Some were over cooked and little to no flavor. Fried foods were over cooked, liver appeared to have discoloration, I didn't eat it. Yams and cobbler were decent . The restaurant was clean and welcoming atmosphere, but as many comments suggest I think foot traffic to buffet could have been better for to go plates. They did run out of utensils as well while we were there. These are minor hiccups that can be corrected. The pricing was reasonable. Best wishes in your new location.
